Non-Personal Information: Information such as IP address, browser type, and usage patterns collected through cookies to improve user experience. Date of Birth: Used to determine eligibility for classes and age-specific events. Ensuring compliance with age category regulations in activities.

Your information is used for the following purposes: Processing court reservations and managing payments. Sending reservation confirmations and updates. Improving website performance and user experience. Providing customer support. Sending promotional offers (with your consent). Gender personalization: Your gender information is used solely for customizing offers, organizing gender-specific events, and ensuring compliance with cultural and local regulations.

6. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account at any time through Profile > Account Information > Delete Account. After account deletion: All personal information (such as name, phone number, gender) will be permanently deleted from our servers. Terms and Conditions
1. Platform Usage
Our platform connects users with partner clubs for tennis and paddle court reservations. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration and reservation.
2. Reservation and Payment Policy
All reservations are subject to availability. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Users are required to settle full payment at the time of reservation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the reservation time are eligible for full refund. No-show policy: No refunds will be made for no-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours of reservation time). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Club Responsibilities
Clubs are responsible for maintaining their courts and must ensure that courts meet safety and quality standards. In case of court unavailability or maintenance issues, clubs will promptly inform users and offer alternative reservation options or refunds.
5. Liability Limitation
Alo Play is a reservation platform and is not responsible for the condition of courts or services provided by partner clubs. The following regulations are applied for court reservations through Alo Play to ensure a fair and orderly reservation process for all users and partner clubs.
Reservation Policies
1. Advanced Booking
Courts can be reserved from the current day up to the maximum number of days determined by the partner club. Each club sets its own default reservation window, which may vary depending on their policies and availability.
2. Reservation Duration
There is no minimum or maximum duration defined for reservations. Users can start reserving courts from one hour and reserve for any duration they need, subject to club availability.
3. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment processing and sending confirmation email or message to the user.
4. Age Restrictions
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account and make reservations. For users under 16, reservations must be made under parental or guardian supervision.
Payment Rules
1. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through the secure online payment gateway on the website.
2. Pricing
Court reservation prices are determined by partner clubs and may vary depending on time, date, and court type (e.g., indoor, outdoor, paddle).
3. Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed on the platform include applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
1. Cancellation by User
Users cannot directly cancel their reservations through the platform. If a user wishes to cancel their reservation, they must contact the club via the phone numbers provided on the platform at least 48 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time will not be accepted and no refunds will be made.
2. Cancellation by Club
If a reservation is cancelled by the partner club due to maintenance, unavailability, or unforeseen issues: The amount paid for the reservation will be credited to the user's wallet in their Alo Play account. Users can use the credited amount for future reservations on the platform.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
User Responsibilities
1. Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making reservations.
2. Punctual Arrival
Users are requested to arrive at the court on time. Arrival delays may not be compensated and no additional time will be provided.
3. Court Usage
Users must comply with club rules and regulations regarding court usage, including dress code, equipment guidelines, and appropriate behavior.
Liability and Insurance
1. Insurance Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have valid personal or sports insurance coverage before participating in any activity or reserving a court through Alo Play. Alo Play is only a reservation platform and does not provide any insurance coverage for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of reserved facilities.
2. Incidents at the Club
If users participate in coaching sessions reserved or facilitated through Alo Play, the relationship and all obligations will be exclusively between the user and the coach or partner club. Alo Play is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of coaching sessions.
Club Responsibilities
1. Court Quality
Partner clubs must ensure that courts are well-maintained, safe, and available according to the existing reservation schedule.
2. Problem Notification
Clubs must promptly inform users in case of unexpected maintenance, unavailability, or other issues affecting reservations.
Coaching Responsibilities
1. Coach-User Relationship
All agreements, payments, and obligations related to coaching must be discussed and finalized directly between the user and the coach or partner club. Any disputes arising from coaching sessions, including cancellations or refunds, must be resolved between the involved parties.
Disclaimer
Alo Play only acts as a reservation platform to connect users with partner clubs and coaches. We do not accept responsibility for the actions, service quality, or liabilities of clubs, coaches, or users. By using the platform, users acknowledge and agree that participation in any activity, event, or coaching sessions carries inherent risks and agree to exempt Alo Play from any claims related to these risks.
Security and Abuse Policies
At Alo Play, we take data security and system integrity very seriously. The following policies explain the rules and consequences of any attempts to attack or abuse our platform.

3. Club Data Protection
Club data, including but not limited to schedules, prices, and private user interactions, is strictly confidential. Any attempt to access or misuse this data without explicit authorization will result in immediate action. Clubs are obligated to immediately report any suspicious activity related to their data to Alo Play.
4. Penalties for Abuse
Any user or entity participating in the prohibited activities mentioned above will face the following consequences: Account Suspension: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of user account. Legal Action: Filing criminal or civil complaints under UAE cybercrimes laws. Financial Penalties: Compensation for damages caused to the platform or partner clubs.
5. Reporting Suspicious Activities
Users and clubs are requested to report any suspicious activity, including hacking attempts or unauthorized access, by contacting our support team at info@aloplay.io.
6. Disclaimer
Alo Play is committed to maintaining a secure environment. However, users are responsible for their account security and must use strong passwords and protect their login information. In case of a security breach due to user negligence (e.g., sharing passwords), Alo Play will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
No-Show Policy
Users who fail to show up at the reserved time without prior cancellation will lose their reservation payment.
