Terms and Conditions of Using AloPlay Website and Application

Dear user, please carefully read the following items for optimal use of Alo Play services and application, then register and make reservations through the site.

User registration and login on Alo Play website when using the personal profile and other services provided by Alo Play means being aware of and accepting all terms and conditions as well as how to use Alo Play services. Note that placing an order and reserving a court at any time also means complete acceptance of all Alo Play terms and conditions by the user. Alo Play terms are in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all principles and procedures must be followed by the user. Users must provide information correctly and completely according to their civil registration information. Obviously, if incomplete or incorrect information is entered, Alo Play website will not be responsible for any discrepancies, possible errors, or damages. Users are obligated to protect their password and username, and in case of forgetting, recover it through the site or contact support. Users must correctly declare their email address and other requested information, and any responsibility for entering incorrect information rests with the user. All Alo Play employees are committed to respecting user rights, so if you observe any violation or have any criticism or suggestion, please contact management through the suggestions and criticisms page for immediate follow-up. If changes are made to Alo Play terms, procedures, and services in the future, they will be published and updated on this page, and by continuing to use Alo Play website, you agree to any changes.

Customer or user on Alo Play website refers to a person who, with their credentials entered in the registration form, places an order or uses any Alo Play services. When using any of Alo Play services, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and all responsibility for activities performed under the user account or password rests with the users. Users are responsible for maintaining all necessary tools to access and use this site and all related costs, and Alo Play is not responsible for damages caused by user tools. After reserving a court by a user in a facility, the user is considered the tenant of that facility, therefore must fulfill the following commitments: To cancel a session, you must inform 72 hours in advance; otherwise, cancellation is not possible and the deposited amount will not be refunded. Users commit to using the facility's amenities solely for their practice and refrain from bringing companions as spectators. Users commit to maintaining utmost integrity during practice and, in case of causing damage to equipment, facilities, and sports amenities of the facility, pay the damage amount in cash immediately. Providing any sports equipment such as balls, clothing, etc. is the responsibility of the user. Observing sports ethics and maintaining Islamic principles and following facility regulations in all related areas is mandatory. Note that after purchasing from the site, especially for sports hall reservations, the paid amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. To register and request a partner, users must charge their account with the full court amount so that if the court is cancelled after finding a partner, the court cost will be deducted from the account of the person who did not show up at the play location and the partner will not suffer loss. Therefore, if your partner is absent, inform the club representative so you don't suffer loss. This condition is the same for both people. Note: If you have previously cancelled a court and re-reserved, the court cancellation conditions remain in effect for the person cancelling. All users in both cases (a and b) are obligated to increase their account balance equal to the full court amount for court reservation. a: Half-Half (In this case, half the court amount is returned to both users. If either party wishes to cancel the game, the full court amount is deducted from their account and returned to the other party. If both parties wish to cancel the game, the full amount is deducted equally from both users and the remaining amount is returned to their accounts.) b: My Guest (In this case, if either player wishes to invite the other as a guest, the full court amount is deducted from the host's account and will be deposited to the guest's account. If either party wishes to cancel the game, the full court amount will be deducted from that user's account.)

Alo Play respects and protects the private information of people using the site services and is committed to defending your privacy to the best of its ability. Alo Play has no legal responsibility regarding insurance of people using the facility amenities, and in case of any accident or injury to users, the responsibility for medical costs, disability compensation, and death compensation will be on the user. Therefore, the club owner is responsible for checking the sports insurance of all users. The responsibility for any incident or quality of sports class rests with the organizer or club owner, and Alo Play has no responsibility. Alo Play reserves the right to cut off all or part of services for users for any reason without prior notice. In case of any error in posting the price and Rial value of services on the site, Alo Play reserves the right to void the order placed by the user. Alo Play will not be responsible for other matters outside the provided services. In case of any problem with the reserved session, our colleagues at Alo Play will inform the user. If the registered contact number is not available or there is no cooperation, possible consequences will be the user's responsibility. Alo Play has no responsibility for sports injuries and accidents of athletes for any reason.

The duration of court usage is 50 minutes. When reserving a court, be sure to read the description section of each club before reserving. Most clubs, in addition to online reservation, require phone coordination. In case of lack of phone coordination with the club management and inability to use the court in the reserved session, your fee will be refunded. Be sure to check the weather before reserving outdoor courts because there is no possibility of refund due to weather precipitation or cold air. In case of non-compliance with sports complex regulations such as smoking in the complex or premises and causing damage to complex equipment, 40% of the remaining amount will not be refunded under any circumstances and the remaining reserved sessions will be cancelled.

Note that to cancel a session, you must inform at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, cancellation is not possible and the deposited amount will not be refunded. If the reserved court is cancelled one week before the scheduled date, 10% will be deducted as club damages and the rest will be stored in the user's account. If the reserved court is cancelled from one week to four days before the scheduled date, 40% will be deducted as club damages and the rest will be stored in the user's account. If the reserved court is cancelled up to three days before the scheduled date, 70% will be deducted as club damages and the rest will be stored in the user's account. Cancellation on the day of the event is not possible. At any stage, the user can cancel the reserved court by referring to their personal account and place it in the special offers section on the site. The minimum selling price in the special offers section is 30% lower than the original price of the court. If no buyer purchases the court placed in special offers by other players, an amount will be blocked from the user's account. In some complexes, the rules for canceling a session are different from the site's rules and cancellation is not possible at all. This has been mentioned in the description section of these complexes.
